Clay County readies for Feb 2 primary
With this year’s primary elections scheduled for Feb. 2, on Tuesday morning, it was time to check Clay County’s vote tabulating machines at the Clay County Courthouse. Clay County Clerk Brenda Britton was accompanied by Bill Tolliver, representing the Republican Party and Pat Ridgeway, representing the Democratic Party. The machines’ test was open to the public as well.
