What is a good high-volume printer for home office use?

Laser or Inkjet doesn’t matter, the majority of printing will be black and white text documents (I’m a novelist), though I would prefer color for other uses. It needs to be able to handle printing up to 300 pages at a time without jamming, and needs to have automatic duplex printing. It also needs to be small, affordable, and economical, so the ink needs to last a while.

I don’t think you will get a printer that fits your requirements except a professional printers one and then its gonna cost!

I know of no ‘affordable’ printer that would hold 300 sheets of paper at a time – the usually is about 80-100 sheets at best.

Ink costs are a rip off full stop and I think that the printer you want has yet to be made or we’d all have one!
