can i flip a brother HL-2140. samsung hl-1610 laser to fit my locker?

I wanted to bring my laser printer to school and be stored in my locker as we do our thesis, i only have the monochrome laser printer but the only way the printer can fit, is if i flip it 90 degrees, as my locker is only vertically big and most laser laser are horizonatly wide. Will the toner or any other parts spill if i do this?!?

If you sit it on it’s BACK you should be OK, BUT it is NOT designed to sit that way, so I’d have to advise against doing so.
