I have an Epson Picturemate photo printer that’s not working. Who do I contact??

My mom actually got it as a gift from her boss or more like a hand-me-down, she works for a family and they’ve given her cameras, camcorders and stuff like that when they upgrade or just don’t use it. Unfortunately I have no idea where they bought this or how old it is. It was working fine and then ran out of ink, I put in a new ink cartridge, printed a few photos it worked fine and then started printing them all weird (they were tinted blue or had lines in them). I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the ink cartridge I bought or the actual printer but I’d rather not buy another $30 cartridge just to have the same thing happen. Any idea who I could contact to help trouble-shoot the problem? The printer was working great and I’d hate to toss it if it’s something that could be fixed.

Run a couple print head cleanings. That will solve your problem.
